We can only take card payments via Takepayments in association with Barclaycard by card and delivery addresses that both have a UK postcode. For overseas customers please see items 3 + 4 below.

  1. We recommend that you register for an account if you ordering for the 1st time. You can register for an account via the MY ACCOUNT tab in the top right hand corner of the website or you can click here.

  2. We currently accept online payments via Takepayments in association with Barclaycard (PLEASE SEE ABOVE) as well as payments via telephone, bank transfer and cheque. Please note that Takepayments in association with Barclaycard will not accept payment cards that are not registered to an address in Great Britain.

  3. We do not accept Amex (American Express) online or over the phone.

  4. Payment by Telephone. All Cards Accepted (except American Express). Please telephone the number that appears in the top left hand corner of this screen. This method is especially popular with customers who wish to discuss their gong/cymbal option or wish to check stock levels before purchase. PLEASE NOTE THIS OPTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO UK RESIDENTS DUE TO Takepayments in association with Barclaycard's STRICT POLICY OF NOT PROCESSING PAYMENTS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK. NEW FOR 2024: You can also use this option to pay a deposit now and the balance later. (Please phone or email to discuss.)

  5. Bank Transfer: For overseas and UK customers you can also pay by bank transfer please email us the item(s) that you wish to purchase and will reply with an invoice with details of how to pay by bank transfer. Please note that there are certain products that we cannot supply outside of the UK.

  6. Payment by Cheque. Please email the item(s) you want to purchase to cheque@ecymbals.co.uk and we will email you an invoice. All details will be on the invoice including payee/address to send to etc etc. As soon as we receive your cheque we will email you a delivery date for your item. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS METHOD TAKES LONGER BECAUSE WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOUR CHEQUE TO "CLEAR".

  7. Most items are delivered via Courier or post on a Monday-Friday 24 Hour Service.

  8. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CAN ONLY ORDER THROUGH THIS WEBSITE WITH PAYMENT CARDS THAT ARE REGISTERED TO A UK ADDRESS. Please email for more info.

  9. From 3rd of January 2024 we will be offering PayPal Finance (Pay in 3 Instalments) on all orders over £1000.00. Please email for more info.
