When buying goods and services on the Internet, you, the consumer are entering a legally binding contract. The following Terms and Conditions are set in accordance with UK Trading Standards, the UK law being the applicable law. Please take the time to read the following information, ideally, printing out a copy for quick reference. We are required to inform you that all sales transactions on this web-site are governed by English law and you must agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in £ sterling. Please note that some of the prices on our Vintage page and our 2nd hand page do not include VAT. Most other prices are inclusive of VAT. All items processed through our secure, PCI DSS compliant SagePay payment processing system (in association with ADC Drums) include VAT. Some Prices DO NOT include delivery but all items that are processed through our secure, PCI DSS compliant SagePay payment processing system (in association with ADC Drums) do include delivery.

Free Delivery will be clearly stated next to the product. Free Delivery is for all UK Mainland addresses. If you are not sure if your delivery location will qualify for Free Delivery, you are advised to visit our Shipping Information page for details of shipping locations and prices. (Please phone or email for delivery pricing to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and the rest of the world). We accept all major credit & debit cards online, but not Solo and American Express. All offers and products are subject to availability. In the event of an item being out of stock with either ourselves or our suppliers, we will not process your payment and reserve our right as a retailer not to accept your offer to buy the goods. If this is the case, then we will inform you accordingly at our earliest convenience. This may take longer during busier periods.

Returns

You can cancel your order at anytime either before or up to 7 days after delivery of your product. You must inform us about your cancellation in writing (not by telephone) either by:

• Writing to us at Ecymbals, 19 Cheapside, Liverpool, L2 2DY.
• Emailing us at orders@ecymbals.co.uk

Returns are accepted via by post/courier. You must provide proof of purchase. Ideally, this should be your original receipt but it can be a credit card voucher or cheque stub or anything that indicates when the item was purchased from or via Ecymbals. Your product must be in a complete and unused state without any marks. The item should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. NB Please note that we cannot refund delivery charges.

We will not cancel your purchase when:

• a.) You return your product without proof of purchase.
• b.) The goods were a special \ custom order to your exacting requirements.

If a problem occurs with a product and you believe the product to be deemed as “faulty”, we will deal with the situation as quickly as possible.

As a consumer, your statutory rights mean that you have the right to pursue a problem with faulty goods with us (the retailer) and \ or the manufacturer. THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. Please be warned that there is a delivery charge for any replacement item(s) that we ship to you.

Data Protection & Security

Your orders are securely processed online by the industry-trusted payment processing service, 'SagePay'. This payment service meets the required standards for PCI DSS compliance as set out by the banking industry. We have no direct access to customers credit card data for payments processed via 'SagePay' making it impossible for us to view or store credit card details.

General Assumptions

These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English & that we do not file copies of customer contracts.
