Shipping Update 2009/10

All items on this site either have Free Delivery or our standard delivery charges. (Please check carefully when you order). Free Delivery and our standard delivery charges only apply to Mainland GB addresses only (Except Scottish Highland Postcodes. Please see below for more info*)

We do ship to other destinations outside of Mainland GB, please email for a quote for deliveries to Channel Islands, Eire, Isle Of Man, Northern Ireland & Scottish Islands and all other destinations outside of the UK contained in this list.

Depending on weight, dimension & location, we will send out goods by either insured courier (INTERLINK) or ParcelForce. For smaller items we use Royal Mail Recorded delivery or Royal Mail Special delivery. If your item is small enough (Example a Splash Cymbal or a Tama Rhythm Watch) for Special Delivery you can also specify Saturday Delivery when you order*. (* Extra Charge of £2.50 for Saturday Special Delivery). Please note that items sent via Royal Mail Recorded may be subject to delays beyond our control. For orders for items that are in stock which are placed by 2pm Monday - Friday, we will endeavour to dispatch the same day. Delivery should take no more than two working days (i.e. Monday-Friday).

Normally Interlink deliveries do not take place on Saturdays or Sundays.

Interlink deliveries will require a recipient's signature. If the courier cannot get a reply from the address you have requested us to send to, they will leave a card in the letterbox indicating that they have tried to deliver, which will also contain instructions to phone their local depot to indicate a suitable day for delivery, or inviting you to collect the package yourself from your local depot. If they do not hear from you, they will try a further two (2) attempts to make delivery. If they still fail to get an answer, your parcel will be returned to us and you will incur an additional charge for re-delivery. On occasion, it has been known for some customers to request that we instruct the courier to leave their parcel outside an address without obtaining a signature (Example "In the garage"). THIS IS STRICTLY NOT POSSIBLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

We recommend that you notify us of the most convenient week-day delivery day that suits you, when you place an order.

All our items are packed with the protection of the contents as our paramount concern. We take this VERY seriously. Therefore, the amount of packaging does contribute to the weight of the overall parcel. Please bear this in mind when viewing the shipping-weight bands below.

*Scottish Courier Deliveries

For items that require delivery by courier to the following Scottish postcodes, an additional £8.99 surcharge will be incurred which we will deduct in addition to the price advertised on the website:

FK 17-99, G 83, IV 1-28, IV 33-39, KW (Mainland only), PA 21-33, PA 35-40, PH 18-26, PH 30, PH 31-41
