Shipping Update 2008/9
We now offer guaranteed Saturday deliveries for smaller items such as Accent, Bells and Splash Cymbals. This service costs an extra £2.67 and these items are sent via Royal Mail 'Special Delivery'. When ordering online there is a 'Comments/Additional Information' box. This is where you should specify "Saturday delivery please". This means that we will add £2.67 to your order and will deliver your order on Saturday. 'Special Delivery' usually arrives by 1pm Saturday.
Depending on weight, dimension & location, we will send out goods by either 48 hour insured courier (at the time of writing, we use INTERLINK, a worldwide recognised courier company), ParcelForce, or for smaller items, Royal Mail Standard 1st Class Recorded delivery or 2nd Class Recorded delivery or Royal Mail Special delivery. Items sent via Royal Mail standard recorded post may be subject to delays beyond our control. Royal Mail do not consider an item "lost" until 15 WORKING DAYS have passed since date of posting. Therefore, we are unable to launch a claim for failed delivery until that time period has passed. Should your item turn out to be lost, we will of course replace it. For orders placed by 2pm Monday - Friday, we will endeavour to dispatch the same day. For larger orders placed after 2pm Friday, or at any time on Saturday/Sunday, goods will be dispatched the following Monday (not including Bank Holidays). Delivery should take no more than two working days (i.e. Monday-Friday). If goods are not received within the described timescale, please telephone us.
Normally deliveries do not take place on Saturdays or Sundays but we
can offer this service if required (English/Welsh/Mainland Scotland addresses only). The
fee for a Saturday delivery is currently £99.99 and the fee for a Sunday
delivery is currently £699.99. Both of these fees are subject to change
after 1st January 2009. Courier deliveries will require a recipient’s signature.
If the courier cannot get a reply from the address you have requested us
to send to, they will leave a card in the letterbox indicating that they
have tried to deliver, which will also contain instructions to phone their
local depot to indicate a suitable day for delivery, or inviting you to
collect the package yourself from your local depot. If they do not hear
from you, they will try a further two (2) attempts to make delivery.
If they still fail to get an answer, your parcel will be returned to us
and you will incur an additional charge for re-delivery. On occasion, it
has been known for some customers to request that we instruct the courier
to leave their parcel outside an address without obtaining a signature.

We recommend that you notify us of the most convenient week-day delivery day that suits you, when you place an order. We can also deliver your order to your work or other address.

All our items are packed with the protection of the contents as our paramount
concern. We take this VERY seriously. Therefore, the amount of packaging
does contribute to the weight of the overall parcel. Please bear this
in mind when viewing the shipping-weight bands below.
