specialise in fast delivery to Australia, Canada, Eire, Europe & USA.

Depending on weight, dimension & location, we will send out goods by either insured courier (INTERLINK) or ParcelForce. For smaller items we use Royal Mail Recorded delivery or Royal Mail Special delivery. Please note that items sent via Royal Mail Recorded may be subject to delays beyond our control. For orders for items that are in stock which are placed by 2pm Monday - Friday, we will endeavour to dispatch the same day. Delivery should take no more than two working days (i.e. Monday-Friday).
Normally Interlink deliveries do not take place on Saturdays or Sundays
but it's no problem if you require a quote for this service.
Interlink deliveries will require a recipient's signature. If the courier cannot get a reply from the address you have requested us to send to, they will leave a card in the letterbox indicating that they have tried to deliver, which will also contain instructions to phone their local depot to indicate a suitable day for delivery, or inviting you to collect the package yourself from your local depot. If they do not hear from you, they will try a further two (2) attempts to make delivery. If they still fail to get an answer, your parcel will be returned to us and you will incur an additional charge for re-delivery. On occasion, it has been known for some customers to request that we instruct the courier to leave their parcel outside an address without obtaining a signature (Example "In the garage"). THIS IS STRICTLY NOT POSSIBLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
We recommend that you notify us of the most convenient week-day delivery day that suits you, when you place an order.
