1. Payment by Credit/Debit/MasterCard/Visa/Solo on line with the secure, PCI DSS compliant SagePay payment processing system (in association with ADC Drums). This is the most popular way to purchase products from ecymbals and is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Please note that SagePay do not accept Maestro.

2. Payment by Telephone. Maestro + All Cards Accepted (Except American Express). Please telephone one of the numbers that is in the top left hand corner of this screen. This method is especially popular with customers who wish to discuss their cymbal/drum kit option or wish to check stock levels before purchase. NEW FOR 2010/2011: You can also use this option to pay a deposit now and the balance later. (Please phone to discuss).

3. Payment by Paypal. Ecymbals also accepts Paypal for all products listed on this site. Certain new products and most 2nd hand/discontinued and vintage products are only available by Paypal. So how does it work? Simple just email the item(s) you want to purchase to paypal@ecymbals.co.uk and we will send you a Paypal invoice, as soon as we receive your Paypal payment we will ship the goods to you. We only accept Paypal for UK customers. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE OF 4% TO COVER Paypal FEES FOR THIS SERVICE.

4. Payment by Cheque. Please email the item(s) you want to purchase to cheque@ecymbals.co.uk and we will email you an invoice. All details will be on the invoice including payee/address to send to etc etc. As soon as we receive your cheque we will email you a delivery date for your item. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS METHOD TAKES LONGER BECAUSE WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOUR CHEQUE TO "CLEAR".

5. For overseas and UK customers you can also pay by bank transfer please email us for more details.

6. Most items are delivered via Courier on a Monday-Friday 24 Hour Service. Please inform us urgently if you are not available on any day and we will arrange your delivery accordingly. Except for some smaller items (splash cymbals etc etc) we cannot deliver orders on Saturday or Sunday. For more info on delivery details please refer to our Shipping page. Please note that products despatched from us on a Friday will arrive on a Monday (or Tuesday if the Monday is a bank holiday). NEW FOR 2010/2011: We now offer guaranteed Saturday deliveries for smaller items such as Accent, Bells and Splash Cymbals. This service costs an extra £2.67 and these items are sent via Royal Mail 'Special Delivery'. When ordering online there is a 'Comments/Additional Information' box. This is where you should specify "Saturday delivery please". This means that we will add £2.67 to your order and will deliver your order on Saturday. 'Special Delivery' usually arrives by 1pm Saturday.
